Skull Doll, Wizard and a Barbie Tunic

Published by amakali at 9:12 pm under Crochet Edit This

I just moved into my new room so the first thing I did was to set up my dolls, including a few new crochet projects. This is my doll shelf.

On the left is my newest crochet creation and my first original doll. He is crocheted from Red Heart Super Saver in Aran and Black. His pants are still under construction, but are long cargo shorts. His hair is rooted very thickly. His shirt is cross stitched in aran RHSS yarn. Introducing Mr. Skully!

The Barbie clothes are technically knit, but I really like how they turned out. The top is tunic style and is knit in off-white WW yarn, but I’m not sure which kind as it was in my scrap bin without it’s wrapper. The scarf is knit in Lion Brand Fisherman’s Wool.

This little wizard was another creation from the softish WW yarn in my scrap bin. I like this yarn, so I hope I can figure out what it was. It feels soft like Simply Soft, but without being quite as heavy.
